Camping Le Canada is located in Chiny along the river "Semois" in the south of the province of Luxembourg in the Belgian Ardennes and in the region of the Gaume, well known for its microclimate, the hospitality of its inhabitants, its nature and much more.
At the camping Le Canada, you have the choice of renting one of our fully-equipped mobile homes (3 diffirent models) or staying in one of our unusual accommodations ( tipi or trapper's hut) even coming with your tent, caravan or motorhome. Choose the holiday that suits you best.
Pets are welcome on request excepted in the trapper's hut. Pets must be kept on a leash and vaccinated. "It is forbidden to leave an animal alone on a pitch, tied up or locked up in a car or in a rented accommodation. Dogs considered by the legislator as dangerous (categories 1 and 2) will not be accepted on the campsite. » Maximum 1 dog per pitch.
By internet: Go to the reservation page of our website and choose the dates of your stay, your type of rental or pitches, fill in the form and validate with your credit card. Payment for the reservation is made immediately. You will receive a booking confirmation by email. Please note that a reservation is only valid after confirmation and receipt of payment.
If you choose to contact us by email via info@campinglecanada.be, the payment of the reservation will be made by bank transfer. A confirmation email will be sent to you with our IBAN in order to proceed with your payment. After receipt of your payment, your reservation will be confirmed by email.
By phone: we are at your disposal for any information at +32/495 54 32 31. However, reservations are only made via our online reservation or via e-mail.
Please note that depending on the season and of the chosen accommodation it is possible that a minimum number of nights is required.
Credit cards (from 1 €) and cash are accepted. Please note that deposits can only be paid in cash (rental deposit or barrier card). The nearest ATM is 5 km away !!!
For rental accommodation as well as for tent, caravan and motorhome pitches, arrivals are from 3.30 pm until 19.00 pm. It is not possible to check in after 19.00 pm You have the possibility of arriving in one of our rentals from 09.30 am (paying option) depending on availability and on request only.
For all our rentals, departures are between 9.30am and 11.00am maximum. You have the possibility to check out until 6.00 pm (paying option) according to availability and on request only. Please contact the reception the day before your departure to inform us of the time you will be leaving the accommodation.
Tent, caravan and motorhome pitches must be vacated by 12.00 noon at the latest.
The deposit is returned in cash on the day of your departure, but only after you have handed over the keys of the accommodation, the barrier access card and after the inventory of the accommodation has been carried out.
BBQs and fires are allowed within the campsite, but only in a barrel (not allowed on the ground).
Our mobilhomes are equipped with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 or 3 single beds depending of the model of as well as 4 of 5 duvets of 1 person 120*200) , a bathroom with shower, separate WC. A small kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, gas, plates, forks, pots and pans...Small sitting area with TV. Outside you will find a picnic table, a BBQ and outdoor seating. Please note that sheets and pillows are not provided.
Our trapper's hut has a King-size bed 180*200 cm and a 220*240 duvet (sheets not provided and compulsory), a small fridge with mini-freezer, sockets (6A-220v) and indoor lighting, dishes for 2 people, 2 terrace armchairs and low table, wooden picnic table and BBQ on the ground.
The trapper's hut has no private sanitary facilities nor kitchenette.
With a surface area of 18m², the tipi has two bedrooms (with small electric heaters), one of which is a master bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and the other with single bunk beds (sheets not provided!). For your comfort it is also equipped with a small kitchenette with fridge, gas, sink, (dishes and kitchen utensils provided) as well as a table and 4 chairs. A small wooden terrace with outdoor furniture and a BBQ will allow you to enjoy the surrounding nature. The tepee does not have private sanitary facilities.
Sheets are not included and are not provided in rental accommodation and are compulsory for hygiene reasons.
Our tipis are not equipped with duvets. So don't forget to bring your own.
Each rental accommodation has space to park a car (included in the price).
Final cleaning is not included in the price of the stay. This can be done by you. Otherwise, you will be charged for an additional cost of 30€ for the tent in the trapper's ht, 50€ for the tipi and 70€ for the mobile homes (except for the kitchen area and dishes). If you prefer that we carry out the cleaning for you at the end of your stay, you can reserve it at the campsite reception on your arrival.
